My experience with Tracy Road Equipment was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my truck in for an ECAS repair, but I ended up leaving with more problems than I came in with. My truck sat in their shop for over a week, costing me valuable income. During that time, I was repeatedly given excuses, including that their WABCO/computer system was down and they didn’t know when it would be be fixed. I was also told the mechanic working on my truck was leaving at 2:30 PM, so my truck would have to wait until the next day. There was no sense of urgency despite the financial impact the delay had on me. When I picked up my truck, the passenger-side dashboard had been left disassembled, and they only put it back together after I asked. My truck also came back with a new “Active Brake Assist Not Available” warning that had never appeared before. My independent mechanic believes the ABS system was affected during the ECAS repair. The gentleman from service department took a picture of my dashboard when I checked in the truck in and he saw that my abs and radars were not on but that does not change the fact that my truck left their shop with a new warning and another

He was efficient, clean (no spills), and gave us great tips on maintaining the machine properly and safely. Just seemed to be in our best interest which is hard to find these days.

Could have been a lot better of an experience I think it was poor communication on ordering a part which was my driver side window of a Freightliner cascadia 2025 I drove about 30 minutes to find out that the wrong part was actually ordered but the only reason they gave it two stars was because they did have the part but it was over 2 hours away and once I drove there and got the part they allowed me to leave my trailer there temporarily to go to a window installation company to Bobtail to get it installed and then I came back and got my trailer and left me leaving my trailer there was only a matter of couple hours of tops but still they inconvenience of having to drive 2 hours out of my way and to leave my trailer go find a place to get it installed was definitely a big inconvenience ultimately there was no issue with the this location but the one in Syracuse New York was essentially the issue because I had to wait 24 hours for the part once the park arrived I dropped my trailer drove to the shop without the trailer to pick up the part to go find a window installation company local to the Syracuse location only to find out when I get there with the wrong window was ordered The Ro

The staff is good they gave my truck in timely manner but not even one day passed and i m getting towed again to the dealer spending just 2600$ in 2 days for towing to dealer for same kind of job how trucking going to get better God knows please who all say they r freightliner dealer please do job professionally so once the truck is out of the dealer shop dont need to go back year and a half we know it mechanical ;thing but please have some proffesionalism ad no one is earning free money every one is working hard to earn money

First time trying them and was not satisfied at all! Thought going to the larger company would be better and wanted to not deal with the fly by night guys. So I dropped my vehicle off before the holiday in which I was told it might take a few days. Understanding Christmas was coming they might be behind especially if parts were needed. After the third week I asked for a manager to reach out to me in which they never did, (but seemed like the service writer was not going to tell him anyways). After reaching out to them multiple times to check on the status I finally got my truck back after 5 weeks. Which in that time the price they gave me to fix it was now hundreds more from what they told me. Was told 1 week to fix and took 5 weeks. If someone had followed up throughout the process better maybe things would have been different. The comment I received was; "well we figured you would be slow this time of year so we did other customers trucks first"! Thanks, check engine light is off so far only been 30 miles though First time I have ever posted a bad review on a single person or company. It's hard enough for businesses now a days they don't need extra BS.
